Reservation and Booking:

  • Our Reservation and Booking section covers important information regarding the booking process for our apartments. Learn about rental payment options, security deposit requirements, and our cancellation and refund policies. Please note that cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the type of apartment you choose. We recommend entering your desired dates of stay to review the specific conditions for your room.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • We strive to make your check-in and check-out process as seamless as possible. Typically, check-in time starts from 15:00, and check-out time is until 11:00. To ensure a smooth arrival, please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time.

Guest Responsibilities:

  • As a guest at The Comfort Hub, we kindly request that you adhere to certain guidelines for the comfort and safety of all guests. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Smoking, parties/events, and pets are not allowed on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone.

Property Conditions and Liability:

We outline our policies concerning force majeure events, termination of the rental agreement, and dispute resolution. Termination may occur under specific circumstances, such as violation of our terms and conditions or failure to comply with guest responsibilities.

  • If it becomes necessary to terminate the agreement, we will provide written notice to the guest, clearly stating the reasons for termination and the effective date. Any outstanding balance or charges incurred up to the termination date will remain the responsibility of the guest.
