We understand that plans may change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation. However, please be aware that cancellations can have a significant impact on our ability to accommodate other guests. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy for The Comfort Hub.
Cancellation Periods: a. Cancellation made two weeks (14 days) or more prior to the check-in date: A full refund will be provided, including any service fees. b. Cancellation made less than two weeks (less than 14 days) prior to the check-in date: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, you must notify us through The Comfort Hub platform or by contacting us in writing directly to email@example.com
Refund Process: a. If the cancellation falls within the two-week period before the check-in date, no refund will be issued. b. If the cancellation is made two weeks (or more) prior to the check-in date, we will process the refund within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] from the date of cancellation.
Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that certain unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from honouring your reservation. In such cases, we may be willing to consider exceptions to this cancellation policy. However, these situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests solely with The Comfort Hub.
Partial Stays: In the event that you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, refunds will be provided for unused nights after 2 weeks of the original notice.
Travel Insurance: To protect yourself against unexpected events that could lead to cancellations or interruptions in your travel plans, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully and ensuring that you are comfortable with the terms before finalizing your reservation.
